of F COMMUNICATIONS, www.fcomshop.com. These conditions
prevail on all other conditions existing on other documents.
Present terms and conditions can be amended at any time
by F COMMUNICATIONS, under the reserve that they are

ARTICLE 1 - PRICES
- Prices are indicated in Euro
all taxes included, excluding postages and packaging
costs. Prices can be modified at any time by F COMMUNICATIONS
but you are guaranteed the price posted on the Site
at the time of purchase.
- In the event of delivery outside the territory of
Metropolitan France, you are importer of the products
ordered. Any customs duties and local taxes may be required
to pay. You are solely responsible for this customs
taxes and formalities. We advice you to request further
informations about these issues from the relevant local
authorities.
- All orders are payable in Euro, whatever the country
of delivery.
- The Euro legal rate is fixed at 6,55957 French Francs
- The products shall remain the property of F COMMUNICATIONS
until full payment of the price.

in Euros (EUR) and we added, for your convenience, indicative
prices in Pounds (GBP) and US Dollars (USD).
- The transaction will be made in Euro only (Pounds
and US Dollars being for information purpose only)
- F COMMUNICATIONS will not be liable for error in the
module provided for conversion, or for difference, that
could result, between the amount invoiced and debited
from your account and the amount displayed on our currency
conversion.
ARTICLE 2 - ORDERS
Orders can be done via Internet,
on www.fcom.fr or www.fcomshop.com F COMMUNICATIONS
undertakes to process and fulfill your order in accordance
with the present sales terms and conditions. Contractual
informations are written in French and in English. (only
the terms and conditions written in the original language
(French) are to be considered. This version has been

ARTICLE 3 - OUT-OF-STOCKS POLICY

ARTICLE 4 - PAYMENT
The following payment methods
are accepted:
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard and CB Your bank account
is debited at the time of your order validation.
- Check in euros to the order of "F COMMUNICATIONS".
F COMMUNICATIONS will only accept check in euro, issued
by a bank established in Metropolitan France or in Monaco.
Payment by check is accepted exclusively for a total
to pay equal to 20 euros (131,19 FF) minimum, all taxes
included.

Your check will be deposited upon reception.
ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the
adress you've indicated, during the ordering process.
When you order several items, the delivery delay of
the global order is the longest delay planned for an
item.
F COMMUNICATIONS reserves the right to split the delivery.
The supplementary delivery costs will then be taken
by F COMMUNICATIONS.
F COMMUNICATIONS could not be considered responsible
in the event of late delivery. Except contrary stipulation
indicated with the offer on the Web site, you will be
able to cancel your order if you are not delivered in
a delay of 30 days maximum. In case of unusual extra
delays, you will be informed by Email.
For payment by Credit Card, delays indicated are average
delays (comprising time needed to prepare and deliver
the package) for Metropolitan France and Monaco.
For payment by check, your order is processed upon the
receipt of the check. The delays, run then, from the
date of receipt and consequently could be different
from those planned at the time of your order validation.
ARTICLE 6 - SECURISATION
Our website have a securisation
system. We have selected a SSL process (Secure Socket
Layer).
All your bank informations are protected and crypted
before transmission to our treatment center.
ARTICLE 7 - RETURN POLICY
You have a period of seven
(7) days, from the date of receipt, to return any products,
which do not suit you.
This return must be done in the original packaging.
The postages, packaging and re-expedition costs are
at your charge. We only repay the price of products
ordered. However, if the returned package has not been
open, you will be repayed of your products, and the
expedition costs.
Return of the package must be done to the following

- You have the right to return the products provided
that it is in its original condition and packaging,
i.e. without any damage however slight this may be (whether
in appearance or functional) and in a perfect state
of cleanliness. Items returned, incompletes, damaged
or dirtied by the customer will not be re-taken.
- If it turns out that an item is defective or does
not match its description, we undertake to exchange
it or refund your money. In this case, we ask you to
indicate precise, meaningful and complete reasons for
the return on the delivery slip and to return to us
the products.
You will be repayed of the expedition and re-expedition
costs; but the refund of the re-expedition costs could
not be more than twice what you paid for the expedition
costs.
- The refund will be made within 15 days or less following
the date the returned package is received.
- The reimbursement will be done, at F COMMUNICATIONS
option, by a credit on your bank account or a repayment
check. For repayment check, the order and the adress
would be those you've indicated during the ordering
process.
- Under no circumstances, we will accept package returned,
"cash on delivery".
